Terms of Service
Effective date: March 30, 2026
Welcome to Spacebear. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The Service
Spacebear provides autonomous AI agents ("Spacebears") that perform go-to-market activities on your behalf across marketing channels. You provide direction; your Spacebears research, draft, and surface insights. Nothing is published without your approval unless you explicitly configure it otherwise.
Certain Spacebears may crawl or access your websites, landing pages, or other web properties in order to perform audits, analyze content, or gather data relevant to your marketing strategy. By activating these spaces, you authorize Spacebear to access and crawl the URLs you provide or that are associated with your account.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old to use Spacebear.
3. Third-Party Integrations
Spacebear connects to third-party services (such as Google Ads, Reddit, Meta, and others) on your behalf using credentials or OAuth tokens you provide. You are responsible for maintaining valid credentials, complying with the terms of service of each third-party platform, and ensuring you have the authority to grant Spacebear access to those accounts.
We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs, platform policies, or service availability that may affect the functionality of your Spacebears. If a third-party integration is suspended or revoked, the corresponding space may be unable to operate until access is restored.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you provide to Spacebear, including briefs, product descriptions, and brand guidelines. You grant us a limited license to use this content solely to operate the service on your behalf. Content generated by your Spacebears on your behalf is yours.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you approve for publication complies with the rules and terms of the third-party platforms where it is posted.
5. Acceptable Use
Spacebear is a shared platform. We ask that you use it in a way that is fair to other users and does not degrade the quality or availability of the service for anyone else.
You agree not to:
- – Use the service in a manner that places excessive or disproportionate load on our infrastructure, or that could impair the experience for other users.
- – Attempt to circumvent any usage controls, rate limits, or access restrictions built into the platform.
- – Use Spacebear to generate or distribute spam, misleading content, or content that violates the terms of the third-party platforms where it would be published.
- – Use the service for any unlawful purpose, or to promote violence, harassment, hate speech, or fraud.
- – Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying models of the service.
- – Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the service to third parties without our written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Where possible, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to correct the issue before taking action.
6. Fees and Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly. The Starter plan includes a free 7-day trial; no charge is made until the trial period ends, at which point your payment method is charged automatically on a recurring monthly basis. All other plans are billed immediately upon subscription.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
7. Availability and Support
We work hard to keep Spacebear available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spacebear and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. AI-Generated Content and Disclaimer
Spacebear uses artificial intelligence to generate content, recommendations, and analyses on your behalf. This includes but is not limited to drafted replies, ad copy, SEO recommendations, keyword suggestions, budget recommendations, and site audit findings.
AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific context. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content and recommendations before they are published or acted upon. Spacebear is not liable for any consequences arising from content you approve for publication, including but not limited to reputational harm, financial loss, ad spend decisions, or violations of third-party platform policies.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or effective for your specific goals.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for a reasonable period after termination.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
